History

In 2012, the Alfond-Vincent and Damperon families started the EFB kindergarten with one classroom, one teacher and five students in a rented space on the  Phare Ponleu Selpak  (a local Cambodian non-profit arts school) campus. Their vision was to build a non-profit French international school that could provide a superior and enriching French education for international and Cambodian students. With the support of committed parents and donors, the Embassy of France in Cambodia, and the Government of Cambodia, EFB has grown every year to become the recognized French international school in Battambang, Cambodia.
