MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Caroline comes from France and has lived in Battambang for nearly 10 years.
After qualifying as a Psychomotrician in France, Caroline chose to work in Cambodia, in particular with associations which specialise in supporting children (PPS, KMR, PKO and AVEC).
During these experiences, she exceeded the bounds of each role and committed herself to the development and coordination of many educational projects. She formed and managed several multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, ensuring that everyone worked together towards the overall development of the children and their education.
For this purpose, Caroline became trilingual (French, English and Khmer) and has a solid understanding of Cambodian administration and Khmer culture.
Caroline possesses a unique and diverse set of abilities and has decided to dedicate them to the EFB. She joined the team in June 2018 and now manages all administrative, organisational and operational aspects of the school, our many development projects and the ongoing growth of EFB.
Eng Makrerdy is Cambodian and she is from Battambang.
She graduated her banking and finance at Build Bright University.
She used to be a front manager and cashier, an enriching experience that gave her many abilities in welcoming people and in managing projects.
She now uses these competencies in the administrative management of EFB and in the sustain she gives to every member of the staff.
Furthermore, as she is Cambodian and masters the English language Eng Makrerdy is a precious person for EFB communication, in particular with the students’ families.
